The organic pacifier from Hevea is particularly gentle on the skin. However, it still offers enough strength for vigorous sucking and sucking. The pacifier is made from one piece, so there are no seams in which germs could get stuck. This means that these simple pacifiers meet all the requirements for hygiene, stability and safety. Thanks to the special material properties, these pacifiers, unlike many conventional pacifiers, offer your baby the necessary freedom of movement for intensive muscle activity of the lips and mouth with a special flat shield. Natural pacifiers are shaped so that your baby's tongue is under the pacifier. The position for sucking at the breast also corresponds to this. The elastic rubber loop is easy for little ones to grasp and supports the baby's grasping reflex. Three ventilation holes on the pacifier prevent the pacifier from sticking to sensitive skin. Which Hevea pacifier is suitable for your baby?

This Hevea pacifier with an orthodontic teat is especially designed for children who are already used to this shape or who are already familiar with it based on dental recommendations. Due to the special shape, this pacifier is not suitable for children who like to twist the pacifier in their mouth. Midwives generally recommend that new mothers use a symmetrical pacifier shape that most closely resembles the mother's breast. This way you can avoid possible confusion when sucking. Suitable pacifiers would be, for example, the Hevea pacifier with a cherry-shaped teat or the Hevea pacifier with an oval teat.

Tips and advice

Warning: Hevea is made of 100% natural rubber, which darkens over time.

Caution! Safety warning: Check the pacifier for good condition every day or before use by pulling on different parts. If you notice cracks or other changes in the pacifier, or if it sticks together when pressed, it should be thrown away. Some children are allergic to natural rubber. Therefore, be aware of any allergic reactions and then stop using this pacifier.

Cleaning

Before first use, place the pacifier in a bowl and pour boiling water over it and soak for five minutes. Squeeze out any excess water remaining in the pacifier and let it dry. To maintain cleanliness, rinse regularly with water and soak in boiling water for a maximum of five minutes from time to time.

We do not recommend disinfecting pacifiers with a sterilizing solution, as this will weaken the pacifier and shorten its lifespan.

No direct sunlight, no heat source. Store in a dry place when not in use.

WHEN TO REPLACE A PACIFIER
It is a universal safety recommendation (regardless of the material or brand of pacifier) ​​that pacifiers should be replaced every 6-8 weeks for hygiene and safety reasons. This is even more important for natural rubber pacifiers, as the material is completely natural. If you notice cracks or other changes in the pacifier, or if it sticks together when squeezed, it should be discarded.
