Product detailed description

Müsli children's year-round organic duvet from Kapok and cotton

Kapok müsli duvet is made from pure organic plant fibers and is ideal for allergy sufferers. The duvet is GOTS certified, the cover is 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and the filling is 100% organic kapok cotton.

A perfect replacement for polyester filling - it is more sustainable, more suitable for allergy sufferers, it is not attacked by moths and does not provide a breeding ground for bacteria and mites.

Kapok comes from the seeds of the kapok tree and is a hollow fiber consisting of 80% air.

The trapped air gives kapok excellent insulating properties and makes it one of the lightest plant fibers in the world.

It is light in summer and stores body heat in winter.

In addition, kapok fibers are coated and moisture repellent, so they are not sticky or mouldy, making them ideal for people with dust mite allergies.

WARNINGS

Children under 18 months MUST NOT use the pillow!
!WARNING! Make sure the baby's face is uncovered.
Always pay attention to the room temperature and children's clothing, overheating can endanger your child.
Keep away from fire.
Do not use the pillow if it is damaged, stop using it at the first signs of damage.
Do not dry clean.

How to care for the Kapok pillow:

  • Wash only when necessary.
  • We recommend washing the pillow separately at 40 degrees Celsius so that the kapok fiber remains intact.
  • Use an ecological detergent without enzymes and bleaches.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • After washing, select the extra spin program at 1200 rpm to extract as much water as possible from the pillow.
  • After washing, the pillow must be dried immediately.
  • Dry the Kapok pillow in the dryer.
  • Allow plenty of time for the drying process as Kapok takes time to dry completely.
  • Drying time can be greatly reduced by using dryer balls, which will also help redistribute the fiber throughout the pillow.
  • Choose a 40-minute program at a medium temperature. After 40 minutes, check the pillow and use your hands to redistribute the fiber. Repeat this process until the pillow is damp - then hang it in a dry place in a warm place until it is completely dry.

Danish children's fashion from Müsli by Green Cotton

Müsli by Green Cotton is the newest brand of children's clothing and children's fashion from organic textiles from the Danish manufacturer "by Green Cotton". The most famous brand of this Scandinavian company so far is Fred's World with its colorful, playful outfits in bold shades. Müsli by Green Cotton, on the other hand, is the youngest brand since 2015 and impresses with Danish children's fashion and organic children's clothing in a Scandinavian style. The combination of simple, muted colors and extra soft, noble fabrics guarantees elegant clothes and happy children! The design of clothes for babies and children's muesli fashion is typical of the clothing style that originated in Scandinavia. They are also known for their durability. This is because the GOTS certified organic cotton (IMO CH Lic. No. 130497) used is more robust and durable than conventional, fast-growing cotton.

by Green Cotton, with its classically charming brand Müsli, is therefore a true pioneer in the market for organic children's clothing and children's fashion, so it is not surprising that it was involved in growing the first organic cotton - from the very beginning. The knowledge of organic cotton and other natural fibers is visible, because as delicate as the garments look, they are durable and of high quality. See for yourself!
