Weleda Perineum massage oil - For a harmonious birth
Regular massages with WELEDA perineum massage oil helps to relax the cellular matrix and increases elasticity which may help prevent perineal tearing during childbirth. The composition of oils based on the finest almond oil and wheat germ oil contains a large amount of vitamin E, which relaxes the tissue of the perineum and increases its elasticity.
In addition, tissue massages will improve its blood circulation and thereby increase its flexibility.
Certified natural cosmetics. It contains only pure natural ingredients and is a holder of the NATRUE certificate - a guarantee of the highest quality of purely natural cosmetics and BIO cosmetics. It does not contain any synthetic preservatives, dyes, perfumes or substances based on mineral oils produced from petroleum.

That's why we also perform massages in the area of the vaginal entrance - this is the area that is most stressed during childbirth. During the massage, the woman introduces her thumb about 2 cm into the vagina and gently stretches this area towards the anus. At the same time, massage the perineal area from the outside with fingers. From the 34th week of pregnancy, we massage the perineal tissue daily for 5-10 minutes.
Warning: we do not massage the perineum when prone to premature contractions.
